Pastor / Pioneer / Disruption Advocate
Mingo’s art is propelling people forward. He thrives most when pastoring leaders, connecting churches, and coaching next generation ministries through the depths of their one-of-a-kind efforts. He is invested in several future thinking, socially good projects including pioneering microsites – an initiative that helps churches plant popup versions of themselves that meet people right where they are. He also is the co-founder of Moniker Group, a San Diego-based creative network, and workspace that houses 15 startups and 4 churches. Currently, he and his family live in Mission Viejo CA., Where Mingo serves as the Pastor of Culture and Evangelism at Saddleback Church. Mingo hosts a weekly NextGen Leadership Podcast and speaks throughout the year about the relentless love of Jesus, and the hope of the Gospel through the local church. He and Fallon have been married for 10 years and had 2 boys, #BraveryP, and #NicoMays.
